Women in science
Female pioneers of the past
Numerous women have been written out of history, but recently historians have begun to bring attention to some of the noteworthy Danish women who have been overshadowed by obscurity.
On this city walk, we will come across some Danish women who aspired to pursue careers in science – often making significant personal sacrifices. We will recount the challenges they faced and explore how, despite obstacles, they played vital roles in groundbreaking scientific advancements.
